General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern the contracting of services and products offered through the VISITTOO, S.L. web platform (hereinafter, the "Platform").

By making a booking or purchase through the Platform, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice.

2. PURPOSE

VISITTOO, S.L. operates an intermediary platform for the sale of excursions, tourist activities, events and experiences (hereinafter, the "Services") offered by third-party providers (hereinafter, the "Providers").

VISITTOO, S.L. acts as an intermediary between the user and the Provider, facilitating the booking and payment of the Services.

3. BOOKING PROCESS

The booking process consists of the following steps:

• Selection of the desired Service, date, specific service and fares.
• Completion of the user's personal data.
• Payment through the available payment methods.
• Booking confirmation by email.

The booking will be considered complete and binding once payment has been successfully made and the user has received confirmation by email.

4. PRICES

Prices displayed on the Platform include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices may include management fees, which will be duly informed to the user before completing the purchase.

VISITTOO, S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for the Services will be made through the payment methods available on the Platform, which may include credit/debit card and other electronic payment methods.

All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways (Stripe, Redsys or other payment providers).

VISITTOO, S.L. does not store users' credit/debit card data.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on each Service and Provider. Specific conditions will be indicated in the description of each Service before purchase.

In general:

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice (according to each Service's conditions) may entitle the user to a full or partial refund.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may not entitle the user to a refund.
• In case of cancellation by the Provider, the user will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
• Management fees may not be refundable.

To request a cancellation, the user should contact VISITTOO, S.L. at info@visittoo.com with the booking number.

7. USER OBLIGATIONS

The user undertakes to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date data when making a booking.
• Arrive at the indicated place and time for the Service.
• Follow the Provider's instructions during the Service.
• Respect applicable safety and conduct rules.
• Not make fraudulent use of the Platform.

8. LIABILITY

VISITTOO, S.L. acts as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for the provision of Services, which is the responsibility of the Providers.

VISITTOO, S.L. shall not be liable for:

• Failures or deficiencies in the provision of Services by the Providers.
• Damages arising from force majeure or fortuitous events.
• Cancellations or modifications of Services by Providers.
• Damages arising from improper use of the Platform by the user.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All contents of the Platform, including texts, images, designs, logos, software and other elements, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of VISITTOO, S.L. or their respective owners.

10. DATA PROTECTION

The processing of the user's personal data shall be governed by the Privacy Policy of the Platform, available in the corresponding section.

11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

VISITTOO, S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Platform and will not affect bookings already confirmed.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts of the registered office of VISITTOO, S.L., unless applicable law provides otherwise.
