To ensure an enjoyable experience, it is important for all visitors to comply with the following rules:
The company reserves the right to refuse admission.
For safety reasons, attempting to move the figures, shake them, or manipulate their costumes or hair is prohibited.
Consumption of food, drinks, tobacco, or electronic cigarettes inside the museum is not permitted.
Animals are not allowed inside the museum.
Entry with objects that may be considered dangerous is prohibited.
Children must be accompanied by an adult during the visit. It is important to keep them by your side and prevent them from playing with the figures, raising their voices, and running through the rooms.
Photography with flash and videos are allowed, except during nighttime activities. However, the use of tripods or other devices that may obstruct the passage and visibility of other visitors is not allowed.
The organization is not responsible for the loss or theft of visitors' belongings.
Re-entry to the museum after completing the visit and exiting the building is not allowed.
Evacuation of all rooms will take place 10 minutes before closing
